I'm a product and service designer with close to a decade of experience working with start-ups, scale-ups and large organisations in Latin America and Europe.
My career as a designer began at La Victoria Lab, a human-centered innovation lab co-founded by IDEO and Intercorp, Peru's largest business group. For over seven years, I worked on transformational design projects with major companies and launched new products and services from scratch, primarily within the health and education industries.
I then moved to the UK to study a Master's degree at the London School of Economics. In parallel, I joined cxpartners, a design consultancy where I collaborated with both public and private sector organisations. Some of the projects I worked on included redesigning a complex legacy software for the National Traffic Information System, as well as leading the design of a new government digital service for the UK's Maritime Agency.
I'm now at Ben, a scale-up platform rethinking how employee benefits are delivered – from pensions to childcare, mental health, and everything in between.
Outside of work you'll find my producing electronic music and releasing my songs via Soundcloud (like a true millennial). If you're curious, you can listen to some of my stuff here.
