Overview
I co-led a cross-organisational team comprising designers from Innova Schools, IDEO, and La Victoria Lab through Discovery and Alpha to conceptualise and launch a new edtech product. The product aims to empower students to explore their purpose while cultivating a more immersive and meaningful learning experience. It was designed for Innova Schools, Peru's largest network of private K-12 schools catering to over 60,000 students.

- 88% of students reported the platform helped them gain self awareness.
- High levels of involvement, with 94% of students inputting reflections on the platform.
- Received overwhelmingly positive qualitative feedback from both students and teachers.
In parallel, I helped define a digital vision to support a newly developed teaching model, outlining the organisation's goals and strategy for future digital products.
